At DENWICK Industrial Cooling Solutions, we navigate the complexities of cooling technology to deliver high-quality, efficient solutions tailored to your needs. Our experienced team is dedicated to providing exceptional products and support for all your cooling requirements.
Evaporator:
Absorbs heat from the building's circulating water (primary return).
The refrigerant inside the evaporator evaporates as it absorbs
heat (Q_in),
cooling the water which is then supplied
(primary supply) for air conditioning.
Compressor:
Compresses the low-pressure refrigerant vapor from the evaporator.
Increases the pressure and temperature of the vapor and sends it to the condenser.
Condenser:
Transfers the heat from the high-pressure refrigerant to the condenser water loop.
The refrigerant condenses back into liquid form, releasing heat (Q_out).
Cooling Tower:
Rejects the heat absorbed in the condenser to the atmosphere.
Cools down the warm condenser water and recirculates it back to the condenser.
Expansion Valve:
Reduces the pressure of the refrigerant after it leaves the condenser.
Prepares the refrigerant to enter the evaporator to absorb
more heat.
VFD & Motor:
The Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) controls the motor speed.
The motor powers the compressor based on load requirements, improving energy efficiency.
